A Wedding at Shute

A family wedding was held in Shute's lower meadow beside the stream in September 2008.

The service was held at Doddiscombsleigh's pre-conquest Church.

The wedding party made the short walk down the lane to the meadow and marquee via a cheeky detour to The Nobody Inn!

A string quartet welcomed the guests into the enchanting pastoral scene accompanied by the stream gurgling in the background.
