Shute is situated in an idyllic, secluded setting within the beautiful, wooded Teign Valley, a mile from The Dartmoor National Park.

The house nestles amongst rolling hills, a 5 minute stroll from the historic village of Doddiscombsleigh and only 8 miles from the cathedral city of Exeter with its mainline station, access to the M5 motorway, and busy airport.

Shute is a 15th century, thatched, Grade II listed Devon longhouse. It stands in 5 acres of sunny gardens, woodland and meadows with stream, which you are welcome to explore during your stay. Shute offers two large, stylish, double bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom.

The rooms overlook unspoilt wooded countryside and meadows doused in birdsong.
